“First time at Dr. Purdy's office, after my previous dentist closed. I had asked for referrals on Facebook. Friends gave me a few along with this one but the first 2 I called first, would not be able to get me in until September or when the first solstice of the universe came through!!😁 I am so glad the others could not take me until then!! It had to be a God thing!! I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience!!! I kind of knew I would have a great experience after speaking with the reception when I first called to ask questions and "maybe" make the appointment! Jeanette (sp?) Was patient with me the 3 times we spoke on the phone while I was trying to decide whether or not to go. Then, I got there, she was at the reception office and was wonderful to me. I the met Dr. Purdy who is fantastic!! He is sassy, funny and has a terrific chair side manner! He made me feel at ease. Explained everything he was going to do and was doing while doing it! This is super important to me. I highly recommend this office!! Not only because of the amazing work he did, but most importantly because of the way each and every person i had contact with in that office made me feel at ease!!! On the financial side: I have dental insurance but their they have you pay on first visit, then file with insurance and reimburse what insurance pays. This made me nervous at first (hence, the 3 phone calls with Jeanette!) How ever, I had the typical XRay, exam and filling done at a great price!! I am over the moon about finding my new dentist and his staff!! I have been to many dentists in my 56 years of life, I can tell you vehemently and with much confidence, I HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Purdy's dental office!!💯👍”

“My daughter's service here was absolutely Amazing. The staff are so patient and friendly with children I would definitely recommend. Nurse Inez Loved explaining everything to my daughter whom initially was scared and nervous. Then Dr. Silva was Super generous and down to earth in which he participated in a hide and seek match with my daughter so she would be more comfortable. Overall, the staff are extremely friendly, energetic, and informational and I am absolutely pleased with our visit. We will definitely be back !!”

“I was seen promptly and everyone with whom I came in contact was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Yes, I was seen promptly. The hygienist, while nice and efficient, never introduced herself to me, which is unprofessional. Also she made a mistake by overcharging me by $72, which I said was not correct, but she insisted it was because I was overdue in having my teeth cleaned. It was straightened out at the front desk where it was discovered that the hygienist put in the wrong code. If I had not said anything I would be out $72.”

“Dr. Mullen is very knowledgeable. If there is something that he can’t do, he refers you out. He has never pushed any type of treatment. He offers different options to the issues at hand. The staff is very friendly, caring and have always been very attentive. I love their office hours, they are open late and have always worked with my schedule. I highly recommend him.”
