  Without a doubt, one of the best Drs offices in El Paso, the Pa and Dr. Arroyave always very friendly and all their staff. Highly recommend.

  Nothing but amazing things to say about this office! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My appointment ran smoothly and I genuinely felt all the providers took the time to ensure any concerns I had were fully addressed.
  
  Special thanks to PA Berumen and the entire office staff for such a pleasant experience today for my annual appointment! This office definitely sets the standard for A++ healthcare in the city!

  Dr. Arroyave has been my PCP for 2 years now and I always had a good experience in her office. My wait time is usually 5-10 minutes in the waiting room (which is fast for El Paso). The women at the front desk are always nice, friendly and courteous (especially Andrea). Overall my experience has been great and I love the portal online where you can message the doctor for any questions, refills or medication needed.

  UPDATE: I saw Dr. Loaiza and it was a great experience. The past family doctors I have had have passed me off to their PAs and none of these listened to my concerns. Dr. Loaiza not only listens, he is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. The only small issue I had was one of the ladies at the front. This was my first time there, and I finished my paperwork and tried to hand it back to her. She was very curt and told me I needed to go to the next window and gave me the impression that she thought I should know this and was bothering her. But she will not deter me from seeing this excellent doctor!
  
  I called to make an appointment with Dr. Loaiza at 3:17 p.m. today. I received a voice mail, and because of the reviews, I was a little worried about not being called back. I was called back at 4:14 p.m. and the young lady handled the call professionally. She did remind me to bring my insurance card to my appointment. I will update once I see Dr. Loaiza.
