“I had been researching mattresses for two months, looking for the right mattress for the right price. I became frustrated running into online adds and getting little to no understanding of what I wanted, why I wanted it, and where to get it. Finally, I decided to stop in to a Mattress Firm to just get an idea. My plan was to walk out of there and keep looking. However, after meeting Alejandra and listening to her for only five minutes I knew she was dedicated to finding what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and patient. She listened and made suggestions based off what I told her I wanted and not what she thought I wanted. When I decided that the time to purchase was now, the process was effortless. I met her colleague by the name of Ken, who walked me through the financial process, warranty and made me feel extremely comfortable in my purchase. He also walked me through the after purchase process, which included the delivery and the set up. It was a huge purchase but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way things were handled and how much this store values a customers experience. I continued to call the next to days changing my delivery time, as my schedule kept changing and every time I spoke with Ken he was so professional understanding and accommodating. No questions asked just made it happen! Today we scored an $80 Easter dress for my wife marked down to $50, and a $27 polo for me on sale for $20. Plus my wife had a 30% off coupon for using her Penney's credit card so the $100+ in clothes ended up costing us $50! Friendly staff, quality clothing, great deals - what's not to love!?!?
