The hygienist, while nice and efficient, never introduced herself to me, which is unprofessional. Also she made a mistake by overcharging me by $72, which I said was not correct, but she insisted it was because I was overdue in having my teeth cleaned. It was straightened out at the front desk where it was discovered that the hygienist put in the wrong code. If I had not said anything I would be out $72.”
