“What I like about this doctor is that he is old school and up to the point, he really cares about the well being of the kids and will get on your case if you are just buying over the counter medication and giving that to your child. He wants to make sure that you follow his instructions and will rarely give your child any strong meds unless they are really needed. He really helps your child build their immune system. He will also give you his cell phone number to call him in case of an emergency or to keep him updated if you have to take your kid to the ER. You can clearly see he is not in the profession for the money. One time he asked me if I lived on the West side so he could go to my house to check on my daughter. But I live too far for that I could not take advantage of that service. I live on the far East and I don't mind the long drive to take my kids there with him. I have been taking them since they were born. One is 4 and the other 2. If you choose him you made a right choice but don't be sensitive if he gets on your case, listen and learn from it.”

“We have passed this eatery for years thinking it was "just another taco joint", but we were wrong! We dropped in and ordered a couple plates. First thing we noticed was that the music was enjoyable. Upbeat, familiar tunes we recognized. Not the usual blaring flamenco guitar that starts to drive you crazy halfway through your meal. The decor is modern and spacious. The entrees were brought to our table by a smiling courteous server. The meal was delicious, and big portions as well. I had never had a square tortilla before so it was fun trying to figure out the best way to load the food into it. I chose diagonal. After our meal we were thanked for coming on our way out. We will definitely be going back again as the prices were very reasonable.”

“Top 3 best Mexican Bakeries I have ever been to. Traditional mexican sweet bread and the most fresh and light Pan Blanco ever. All in a very clean and modern building. Super nice and helpful staff. Plus they have burritos! Yes actual burritos, not tacos for those used to Tex-Mex. Made with fresh in house made flour tortillas. Try the Barbacoa, Chile Relleno, or Chicharonne burrito. For sweet bread I recommend Pumpkin empanadas or any donut and espnoja/concha. If you pay cash you wont get charged the credit debit service fee of 4% so be prepared. They also have tamales pretty much year round. A cute little covered patio also for when that becomes an option again. 10 out of 10 do recommend.”

“I was very pleased with the outcome of my updo. I didn't have any idea what I wanted when I walked in. I asked my stylist for "some curls and up". I believe those were my exact words. I can't believe she got it so very spot on. It really didn't take too long, considering. The pictures are from the end of the night so it held well throughout the ball. All in all I am very greatful for the last minute appointment and the beautiful outcome. Also, I don't speak Spanish and I was still treated kindly. Thank you so much!! Caveat: while I getting my hair done I watched others getting there's done as well. I watched three haircuts, a straightening and a foil. Everything I saw was outstanding.”
