“We were told there was a 3-4 hour wait since we were a walk in and all appointments were spoken for. We only waited less than 1 hour. I almost gave this place a 4 star because it is warm in the waiting room. They have an area somewhat isolated for kids to play. It is quiet in waiting room, no music, light background tv that shows advertisements. They were able to run flu, COVID and strep throat test fast. We left with a prescription. We got there around 1pm on a Sunday.”

The staff was always so kind to him and they made the transition to his new therapist really easy after his first therapist moved away. We always appreciated how clean they kept their establishment. Miss. Jannette was our son's speech therapist and she is the best. Great with ALL the kids she helped and always addressed our son with kindness, never became impatient with him. “These guys are great. Not sure what is up with the people that complained about the phone issues. If you get cut off at least try to call back. I had no problem at all. My salesman Felipe gave me his personal cell phone number and always answered or texted back right away. And I was a real pain while we were trying to get my backhoe shipped. They were easy to deal with and even fixed several leaks on the backhoe at their expense as part of the deal. They loaded my backhoe onto trailers three times for me because of inexperienced carriers showing up with the wrong equipment at no extra cost to me. Third time was a charm fortunately. Check them out for used heavy equipment. They will treat you well and professionally.”

Every employee introduced themselves to me and a little kid made me a special necklace🥹 The shop was like a community with so many free events going on too. NO place in Denver is like this! The aloe Vera drink and shake I got is DELICIOUS! The shake was a hot chocolate shake. They give you so much to drink for an incredible price. Will be back a lot to try other flavors for sure. I figured the prices would be a little bit higher as their not as big as Cabela's. We went to Cabela's right after to return some items and I was shocked and impressed to see that High Desert Outfitters was less expensive on all accounts.
