I did my insurance intake online, so the confirmation and check in intake when I got there was very easy. During my exam, I was very comfortable and I genuinely feel like they took the time to truly do a thorough exam, while also explaining what was happening if I had questions. At the end of the “1 or 2” options, I was asked to close my eyes and Dr. Kim flipped through the lenses. When she stopped and asked me to look, I saw clearly for the first time in a long time. She also took time to thoroughly explain everything that was happening with my vision. Before this appointment, I had a dental appointment that absolutely brought me to tears solely due to how I was treated, and then again afterwards at my psychiatrists office. “I'll try to be as fair as possible. I had to assist an elderly relative navigate the legal system. I agree, if you break the law, you need to face consequences. I placed several calls to the municipal court to clarify several things. Ivan was very helpful, but Cynthia was outstanding. The pre-trial went smoothly and fairly. No complaints there. The only suggestion I have is that the municipal court provide a secure way to submit sensitive documents (ID) online. Due to COVID, court is being done online through Zoom. Defendants are being asked to email a copy of their ID. Email is not secure and opens the door for personal information theft. I have never used Zoom before. I logged in 15 minutes early and I'm glad I did. I had to scramble because I had to download an app to my computer to be able to access the online meeting. I had to refresh and then test microphone and speakers; finished just in time for court.”

“I brought my 1970 Chevy pickup to have the brakes checked and possibly replaced due to a drifting problem. The service manager warned me they didn’t carry any parts to make any repairs. However, he still took a look at the steering and all 4 brakes and wheels and only found some minor adjustments where necessary. That’s all the brakes needed and other than that, the brakes were fine. He did not charge for the adjustment. I was impressed with the service and the free brake check.”

“In my travels, I had the opportunity for I visit my his PF location. Took me a bit to find it, but only because it’s tucked in the back. I have to say, though, I was impressed as I walked in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a very clean location and there are plenty of machines and weight areas. But I have to add, I was more impressed with the Black Card member area, as they have a good amount of chairs/loungers and a cool new virtual one, as well. Before checking in to one, a friendly staff member was very patient with me and helpful. If I’m near here, I would definitely be visiting again.”
