“Decent park, great views, fair prices, almost NO amenities... Pros: This park has a decent layout, with spacious, flat, monthly spots. The park is clean, the pet area kept tidy, and the staff seem very nice and helpful. All in all, a pretty nice park for the area, or as nice as can be in a desert. Cons: Very dusty, limited to no amenities, no shade, and nothing really for the kids to do, and almost NO ONE obeys the 7mph speed limit. All in all, this is a decent park. We've been all over the country, and to find an RV park this set up and well run, is a really rare to say the least. The only thing I think this park needs is more family-based amenities. If it had a park or 2, with some swings, and maybe some activities, it would be perfect! But I get it, not all parks can be family parks...”

“My husband was having surgery at a nearby hospital. We were from out of town. I could not stay or see him the whole time he was there. The staff took such good care of me. Miss Gabby was always diligent it making sure I was taken care of while I was there. Making sure I had everything I needed. I rested well and there was no disturbance of any kind. I thank all staff there for caring for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“When we arrived, there was an issue with our unit. We contacted the managers and they immediately attended to us and were completely wonderful! The view from our place was great & the hubs got to do a little fishing from the back docks. We walked to the pool a couple of times and it was such a great way to relax and hang out. We look forward to staying here again!”

“I have been here for 2 months and 1 more month to go. I feel safe here and the noise level is really good. I don’t hear anything unless someone is talking outside my door. The only thing I wish they had is a better TV selection. It is limited. My Roku won’t work with their system. My safety and pricing is more important. That’s why I gave them a 5.”

“This mobile home community has been in new ownership since 2018 and new management since 2020; and since then we have removed all the riff-raff from the community, we have consistently cleaned up the exterior of the community, we have trained all the tenants to cut their grass regularly and keep their yards/porches clean, we have consistenly disciplined violators, and we do background checks on all applicants who want to move in. Comparing how this mobile home community was in 2018 to how this place looks and is operating now is a night and day difference in the right direction. We aren't perfect but we have greatly improved and are continuing to improve. We will continue to strive to make/keep this place a safe, peaceful, and clean place for our residents.”

She's obviously doing her job if the trailer park is clean n Everyone's trailer looks very nice, that's why I paid alot to get my home transported here. I feel confident that my property will not be tampered with, living here. This place feels safe for my family. Stephanie was very helpful guiding us as we purchased our new home. She went out of her way regardless if we rented from them or not. All negative comments are people who obviously had to be told to keep ur area clean. It's part of the CONTRACT that u signed. This is not a trailer trash park. Or else I wouldn't of moved here. Also the school bus literally picks up the kids in the area which is awesome!!! Best choice ive ever made. Thank You Stephanie for helping us every step of the way to getting here.”

Would be better having earlier hours for breakfast since the overwhelming majority of the guests that I met (and were there with) are military and would prefer having breakfast options before work or catching a ride to the airport. Convenient location about half mile from lots of food and shopping on post.”
