“Ordered about two weeks ago on a Wednesday, then Friday that same week. This week we tried it again on Friday 10/21. We live further away from this location than the one on Mariner but I'm glad we gave it a try. I am above and beyond pleased with the way this place is operated. I'm not sure if it has seen a better management team or a complete overhaul, but kudos and well done to whoever is a part of getting it right, every single time. Pizza is cooked to order, the right crust, the right amount of sauce, well done, and actually cut correctly and perfectly. We will not discuss how many times we've ordered from other places to end up with soggy misshapen pizza barely even cut through requiring forks and knives to serve it and even then, it was a mess to separate. Whoever is back in the kitchen ensuring quality, whoever is cutting pies and handling packaging, well done and thank you. It's a breath of fresh air to actually receive what we ordered and actually have it correct and appealing. Also, shout out to the delivery crew who always arrive with a smile and follow our delivery instructions making our evening that much better. Pizza is always hot and prepared correctly, customer service/delivery is top notch, and we are very pleased with this location's professionalism and follow through. “This place is right up the street from where I live and I had never been here before until my husband took me. The waitress was nice and good at her job, the service was also quick. My husband got the chicken fried rice which was good and I got the black dragon roll that was very good! They made it look like a dragon and it even had a flower on the side very fun! There were 8pieces that were good sized so it was more than plenty to eat. I also got the lava cake which was the perfect blend of chocolate and rasberry, warm and gooey with it having fudge inside I added ice cream and it was delicious. Since the service was good and the food we might end up bringing our boys here to see the train and volcano. I recommend this place to eat for sure!”

“I stopped by because I saw the banner for "crispy wings". It was a Sunday afternoon so I knew it wouldn't be too crowded. I was surprised that they had a live band. They were very interactive, suggesting dancers and even lessons (line dancing). It was a family friendly atmosphere. The wings were great and yes, crispy. I also ordered fried pickles to accompany my huge beer and the chipotle ranch that they served with it was great. They have huge screens for sporting events and also a full bar. Staff was very friendly. Never had to ask for anything. I definitely recommend.”

“The service wasn't as great as it was pre-COVID. Our server was impatient and it seemed like I was bothering him when I had questions, or to ask for refills or extra napkins. He's probably just overworked like everyone else. Thankfully the food is still excellent. One thing that I would have changed 20 years ago are the tiny glasses. You get maybe 6 ounces of water or tea in a glass. Smart servers will eventually bring you an extra glass.”

“I went to jaguars Nov 6th to have a good time with my friends. The line was long outside so I wanted to skip the line and a tall, bald headed manager was rude. Charging me $100 dollars to come in before the actual entrance fee. Since we had been waiting a while already. If I didn't spit up the money I would've been sent to the back of the line. But he let in another group of ppl in without a charge. All I wanted was to have a good time. His character was ridiculous! Once inside it was pretty packed but I was treated nicely by a big bearded guy named Rob. Had a great night thanks to him. Turned my whole night around. Please fix your door people and their extra fee‼️ Please have him change his attitude‼️ 🚩But I will be returning and asking for Rob since he treated us good. 😁”
