“The Hacienda is a terrific place to stay while climbing in Hueco Tanks. I was impressed and look forward to staying there again on my next visit. The Hacienda is incredibly close to the Park— I opened the curtains in my room each morning to see where we would be climbing. The accommodations are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, and I loved all of the recovery tools in the great room. Kyung is a thoughtful and gracious host, and his sourdough bread was a real treat. Mike is an excellent guide with plenty of helpful insight. Arranging tours with him through the Hacienda is super convenient. Their rentable crash pads sure came in handy.”

“First thing first...Gina and all of her staff are amazing! My husband and I were faced with making one of the hardest decisions of our lives, which was to place his parents in a facility where 24 hour care is provided. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to provide the necessary care for them. Gina has walked us through all of the ups and downs in this difficult transition and has remained at our side every step of the way. She has totally changed our lives and that of my in-laws as well. Although they struggled with the move at first, my in-laws are now happier than ever in their new home. They love their new friends and family. Gina has gone above and beyond to assure that they are comfortable and happy. She continually keeps us updated and sends pictures and videos of their progress and day to day activities. We can only hope that Gina, J.R., Flor and Brandi know how truly grateful we are that they came into all of our lives. YOU ALL ARE TRULY AMAZING! Nurse Inez Loved explaining everything to my daughter whom initially was scared and nervous. Then Dr. Silva was Super generous and down to earth in which he participated in a hide and seek match with my daughter so she would be more comfortable. Overall, the staff are extremely friendly, energetic, and informational and I am absolutely pleased with our visit. We will definitely be back !!”
