We may not even still be in business had it not been for them. We tried a few other local banks, but First State gave us the personal, small town; face to face; know every one in the bank’s name feeling we were looking for. So often if I an issue I can send a quick email right to the person in charge of my issue and have a response back immediately. Or pick up the phone and be speaking to a human who answered my question after the first ring… How many banks can you say that about anymore? We are eternally grateful for First State Bank!
