He came a second time to meet with my insurance adjuster. He was able to work with her to help identify damaged areas and discuss repairs. He came back a third time to make those repairs, replacing damaged shingles and securing shingles lifted up and vulnerable to wind and storms. “Titan replaced the roofs on two rental homes I own during the same period of time. They also fixed some non-roof related damage to siding/windows. All work was done on time and done correctly. Josh, who was my sales representative, was a pleasure with whom to work. He was professional, kind and very patient with my questions. A big bonus for me was that since these were rental houses, Josh handled all the scheduling directly with the tenant. I did have a few issues with my insurance company paying in a timely manner, and the front office staff was very gracious and helpful in resolving. One example of how ethical this company is: I had looked at one of the houses and signed off on the work. I did not realize that part of the minor repairs to the non-roof damage was not completed. They made that process easy for my wife and I. Our Roof had a significant pitch and lines on roof. The roofing team was amazing to watch. About 10 men more or less worked 14 hours and completed the job in 1 day. Cleaned, and Cleaned and Cleaned to get nails off the sidewalk and yard. Michael is a very honest person, he made no concrete promises on additional services other than the roof but he remembered some of the thing I wished I could get done . Well, he delivered, I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood, new gutters and money back to get my house painted. Michael never said he was going to provide gutters or an allowance for painting my house. This was just a roof replacement job but Circle A Consulting, LLC remembered my wish list and got it done. Gutters were installed after the photos were taken but look great.”
