Josh, who was my sales representative, was a pleasure with whom to work. He was professional, kind and very patient with my questions. A big bonus for me was that since these were rental houses, Josh handled all the scheduling directly with the tenant. I did have a few issues with my insurance company paying in a timely manner, and the front office staff was very gracious and helpful in resolving.
