  Logan has been more than just a PT. She provides support and resources in so many areas. I recommend her to anyone who has delivered or is currently pregnant as we all could use help!! Giving birth to my son was wonderful but also a traumatic experience for my body. Not enough information is provided about post-partum recovery to women. I had been told by my OB/GYN that the symptoms I was experiencing were just to be expected after birth. When I was referred to Logan by my cousin, I realized that there are so many things that we can do to help our bodies recover from having a baby. We DON’T have to live with the symptoms/side effects. My journey to healing was delayed for more than 2 years due to my son’s medical complications after birth and lack of knowledge that there was help. I was concerned that it may be too late to fix the damages to my body. But in working with Logan I am on my way to fully re-gaining my strength and not limited by the damages that happened from the pregnancy/delivery/recovery process. I tell everyone I meet about pelvic floor PT. But most of all I tell them about how supportive and helpful Logan has been.

  Logan is amazing!! She was very helpful with explaining what to expect during labor, deliver and postpartum. So often, women are left on their own after giving birth and without knowledge on how to take care of themselves. She gave me the knowledge and confidence so I could heal postpartum and be able to care for my precious newborn! If you are pregnant please go see Logan! She is the best!!!!

  I found Logan in one of the most critical times in my life. I was navigating a COVID pregnancy, feeling alone and like I was missing the pieces, both personally and professionally. I took Logan's Postpartum Wellness Course while navigating the tail end of my second pregnancy. This class drew me in. She just knew everything I needed to hear and everything I needed to give myself permission to focus on. Through Logan's guidance and referrals, we have flipped the values of our family and have started shifting many of our products to reduce toxic load...I had no consideration of this before! Logan, ignited a fire in my soul for my family and for my clinical practice as a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. She has raised the bar for what I expected and is challenging me to do better for all of those around me. Logan, thank you for all of your knowledge, skill, support and guidance. You are a treasure to our profession and doing amazing work for pre and postpartum mamas! If you are on the fence, trust me. YOU NEED HER!! Reach out to her, follow her and take ALL the classes!

  Logan is truly passionate about assisting women (and their spouses) in their pre and post pregnancy journey. She is not afraid to discuss the difficult, uncomfortable, but very realistic and honest impacts to women and the journey of becoming a parent - positive, difficult, and painful. She has conducted immense research in pre and post natal care and recovery. Additionally, Logan is an experienced and skilled Doctor in Physical Therapy and assists many women in their post-partum recovery. I highly recommend Logan for Physical Therapy and Wellness support for all women in their pre and post natal journey. There are so many things that happen to women emotionally, physically, mentally, hormonally, etc. during and after pregnancy. Many of these impacts, both good and bad, are not always discussed and are buried away. Having someone like Logan open the blinds and shed light and assist in educating women is something that we as a society truly needs. It's important to discuss these topics even if it may seem taboo, gross, too personal, etc. Through communication and education, we will be able to better support women (and their significant others) through this exciting, scary, and impactful journey.

  Pregnancy and postpartum are full of unknowns. Even when we think we know what will happen, we are surprised by something else. Logan’s Mama Be Well postpartum class has been so vital on my husband’s and my journey through pregnancy and preparing for our postpartum recovery and experience. There are so many possibilities of what can, might, or will happen after our son arrives, but we both feel mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepared for the “magic moments” and the challenges of postpartum. We feel more confident going into this next part of our journey because Logan’s class helps to showcase all of the possibilities of the postpartum experience. The class has allowed us the chance to have difficult conversations before those difficult things arrive, and we feel more ready to take those challenges on! I highly recommend this class for any moms who are currently postpartum and wondering why no one told them about what to expect because Logan is authentic, honest, and equipped to equip you. I especially suggest any expecting moms and their partners take this class as one of your baby prep courses to ensure everyone stays healthy and receives the support they need in postpartum—not just baby, but mommy and the family too!
