I chose the PC Bi-Monthly Gold package because it made the most sense for my situation. Sureguard sends a technician out to the house every other month to spray inside and out and they are always punctual! Tyler Schmidt was my technician on October 10th and he had a very unique knock when he arrived that made me laugh. I found Tyler to be very professional and I loved the way he introduced himself by telling me his name and the company he worked for to put me at ease. He was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about not only his individual application technique of each product, but also about Sureguard and how previous treatments had affected the pests in and around the home. Once she moved to Texas to live with me I called two other places to see who would take her coverage, both places were rude. Then I contacted Boze Mitchell McKibbin they were so wonderful. I sent over her paperwork to Vicky and within 20 minutes I received a return call and was told "they would be happy to take care of my mother" Within two weeks my mother passed away, I called Boze Mitchell McKibbin, even though it was 5pm, they sent a wonderful gentleman over, I don't remember his name but he had a great beard. He was so nice and considerate of our feelings and took such great care of my mother. The next day we received a call from Savannah. We went in to meet with her, again her professionalism was wonderful and was only surpassed by her caring attitude. She made us feel so welcome and non-rushed. Following everything we received a call from Morgan where we went over all the things that we should do, many things I didn't even know. So helpful!! “The place is small. You have a choice of Mexican food or Italian. Have a choice of chips and salsa or fresh baked bread when you dine in. The staff is friendly. Not a large amount of tables so probably best to check the status before going. The food was very good. Dinner salad is lacking. Only iceberg lettuce and a tomato slice. Have to ask for any other topping like cheese. It's worth going back. We have only had Italian food. Have not had the pizza or Mexican food there.pizzas look good, seems to be very popular with most who come there.”

“I just want to say, Mars is an outstanding human. She did an industrial piercing on me and it’s amazing.It sits just right, I have a weird elf ear going on and she commented how cute it was and made me feel better in general overall. She took her time and measured out placements like she was doing it to herself. Made me feel comfortable and less nervous, had me laughing and feeling like I’ve know her for years. Her personality was beautiful. The absolute best piercer I’ve came in contact with. I 100% recommend going and getting anything done by her. This is my 3rd by her and they are all so beautiful.
