I chose the PC Bi-Monthly Gold package because it made the most sense for my situation. Sureguard sends a technician out to the house every other month to spray inside and out and they are always punctual! Tyler Schmidt was my technician on October 10th and he had a very unique knock when he arrived that made me laugh. I found Tyler to be very professional and I loved the way he introduced himself by telling me his name and the company he worked for to put me at ease. He was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about not only his individual application technique of each product, but also about Sureguard and how previous treatments had affected the pests in and around the home. I could tell that he took personal responsibility for the work he was doing. You don't see that in employees very often these days.”
