“Edit. There’s a entire new staff working here. The showers are available 24 hours and the customers service is top notch. NO SHOWERS OR RESTROOM AFTER FROM 6PM TO 8AM. WHY??? This cashier claims because the water was off. THAT WAS A LIE. I personally went upstairs to the shower and checked. To my disbelief, the water was on a running perfectly. DRIVERS SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND PARK AT LOVES ACROSS THE HIGHWAY. Night cashier Megan, FIVE STARS. Very professional and said the reason the showers are closed at night is because it disturbs the hotel guest. Poor reasoning for not having the showers available. Last in the video, read other comments and all the rude customer service comments are referring to her. PILOT HAS TO DO BETTER.”

“I LOVE TERRY AND CARLOS SO MUCH, They are family now!!! I was driving from San Antonio TX to Kansas City, MO, when my 2012 Chevy Sonic began rattling, losing power, and blowing lots of thick white smoke. Long story short I ended up stranded there in a town I had never even known existed on 09/21/22. Terry took it upon herself to lend a helping hand automatically. Its like God knew exactly who I needed. Terry looked after me as if she had been my own mom! When she noticed that they did not have what i needed in stock, she did not stop there! She took me to a store that did have it once she clocked out of work that evening. But she STILL didn't stop there! She made sure I had water and that i could use the restroom from time to time. Carlos offered up the food that his wife made for him and even helped out when i panicked after installing a "knock sensor" and the vehicle seeming worse. He saved my day on 09/22/22! I just thank God soooo much for them and I hope that they get the recognition that they deserve. God loves you and so do I !!!”

“16 yrs. ago we moved to the area & I needed state inspection for my truck. Mr. Varner asked me if I lived in Ellis Co. He then told me that state inspection would be less in Navarro Co. I thought that very nice of him. So I decided then & there to patronize his station plus it is 24hr. for gas & Sundays too. Good place for tires.”

“Always liked the Italy trucks stops. Always a stop on my way to & from Dallas. This loves is well maintained, managed, decent parking (both big rig & four wheeler). The staff were friendly and from what I could tell very patient with a very trying customer that wasn't being very professional towards them for not very good reasons. So their customer service is on point. They had alot of hot food out, clean eating areas and roller machines etc.”

“I don't often eat at McDonald's but I was driving to the Austin area from Allen and needed to stop. I had my dog with me and he needed a break. This location was right off the highway so super convenient. I won't pull off the highway unless I can see something close. There was an older lady working that took my order. She was so friendly and professional! Honestly, I feel like this is getting to be so rare. The service was prompt and the French fries were hot and perfect! (Definitely the most important! 😄) Not sure I'll ever get back there but a positive experience.”
