“This place is really great, they've worked really hard to keep a park like natural setting: very shaded with a lot of trees and surprisingly quiet given the nearby highway. The owner is very responsive and seems genuinely interested in making it a great natural park to stay in. Full hookups and 50a in every spot! Bonham is about ten minutes away and McKinney is about 25 minutes away.”

“Neat and clean park. manager is nice and was helpful in giving me advice on how to deal with my Sewer hookups (long story but that has been a nightmare since I began full time RV'ing). Seems quiet, the residents are friendly, and my lot has some decent shade from the trees between lots.”
