“Our salesman from Gillman Jeep highly recommend Nick from Discount Hitch to get out Jeep ready to be flat towed with our motorhome and to put a receiver on the back for trailer towing with the Jeep. Chris the technician was excellent and highly professional. He took the necessary time and did an excellent job. The look on the front tow bar is almost unseen and precious! He even made sure the factory splash guard was not impaired and we can't even see where it was made to fit from the original factory. Nick was very professional in the sales side and was extremely helpful to our needs for setting up our brand new Jeep for towing from both ends! They are a very clean and an organized store, with lots of new remodeling and the store looks awesome and inviting to stop and shop!! The shop is clean, and we had no issues in the whole process!! “We recently had our 2014 Fusion worked on. We worked with Roland in the service department. This man was excellent. He helped us from start to finish and always kept us in the loop. He made the experience less "sterile" if you will. More like we were old friends than strangers that just walked in for service on their car. The car ended up being there for over a month due to several issues and covid and stuff, and he was so apologetic, as if it was his fault. It wasn't. He even went to battle with the warranty company for us! Then when we were leaving, he offered us a car wash at least 3 times, once again, because the car sat there for so long. The rest of the service department was amazing too, my car drives like a dream and I almost want to call them and ask if they are sure they gave me the right car back. Anyway, the moral of the story is: you can trust your car with these people. They will take care of you. We have 3 Fords and we have been to over a dozen Ford dealerships (unfortunately) for various issues and this is by far the best one.”

I called road runner and they were on sight within 2 hrs. Problem fixed on the spot. The tech, Jody, was knowledgeable and efficient as was Robert, the owner. “First time at this oil change place and definitely will come back. Fairly quick (definitely not 5 minutes) , professional and courteous crew. I drive a Chevrolet pickup with Duramax (Diesel) engine and I use a very specific engine oil (Rottela T6) which is expensive and lately hard to get. Most oil change places don’t even carry this oil (last time at Chevy dealership they used oil that I brought because they didn’t have it). This place had the T6 oil and the price was fair too. Much appreciated, will come back and definitely recommend this place.”
