“I spent the last 2 months here and would like to leave my thoughts on the park. All new concrete sites straight and level. Nice, clean and new laundry and shower houses. I used a pull through for my car hauler and there is ample room for loading and unloading.I was able to park on the site next to mine as it was vacant at the time. Very quiet at night, close to Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, Seaborne Creek park and Highway 59. Both of the managers that assisted me were clear and helpful. I recommend this park.”

“The price was phenomenal. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The upkeep of the property seemed fantastic. I received very prompt and professional customer service while checking in. The WiFi is very efficient.I’ve been working on the road for five years now. This place hit a home run in all aspects. (Note: I carry my own toiletries, blow dryer , and iron.)”

“Overall it was a great stay. We stayed for 5 days and highly recommend getting the Houston city passes. They had good breakfast daily from 6 to 10. Eventhough the pool was outside it was clean and they closed it at 9. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were too soft. But everyone has their own preference. The front staff was very helpful and friendly, when we needed or asked for something. They have coffee and tea available 24/7.”

“This is our go to place when visiting Houston, Sugar Land. The rooms are very clean, closets are oversized, separate area for toilets and bathing. An acceptable desk, chair and wifi, couch included. Beds are super comfortable and may be memory foam. Just 1 block off 59, so noise is not a problem. It is hidden in the back door of Brazos shopping center on Reading Road.”

“This location was very nice! The staff is amazing, and very helpful. When I would go down for breakfast in the morning the woman setting up the area would always ask everyone how their day was, and if there was anything that she could do for them. The breakfast was great, and not super crowded for a weekend even though the parking lot was almost full.”

“Best long tern stay in area. Free breakfast. Nice pool. Would be 5 stars but some staff is very rude. Was told at 730pm to not be outside our rooms. But pool closes at 1030pm. Other than the particular employee we have had no problems and this is our 3rd stay.”
