“Ms. Susan and Mr. Charlie are first class. Like many others I found myself needing a repower during COVID times...Finding a quality shop with product in stock were in short order. However, I'm glad I was referred to Kroll's. Although they were located 2.5 hrs. away I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip again. Kroll's mounted a 2021 Yamaha 90 SHO Vmax, new power pole, and upgraded my steering to hydraulic. I had many questions along the way, they were attentive, laid out all my options, returned phone calls and emails within a timely manner, and their attention to detail is outstanding. After putting 20 hrs.' on the boat I am very pleased with the finished product. Highly recommended for anyone in need of their services.”

The store is huge and I find everything I need under one roof. They also have a Starbucks cafe inside complete with a dining area so you can sit and enjoy. They have free WiFi for your visit. This store has several self checkout registers that are easy and convenient to use. Get their smart Kroger app for deals and to check your fuel rewards (that you can also use at Shell gas stations). “I had the Bonfire burger with pepper jack, bacon, grilled onions, grilled jalapeños, tomato, and Bonfire sauce. The burger was perfectly cooked and the toppings were excellent. The bun was toasted, both inside and out, i think. The whole thing was flavorful and texturally interesting. Also, the fries hit my weak spot like a hammer. The service was attentive but not overbearing. Just a perfect lunch on a hot Burger Friday.”

“This county office is very well run and managed. The check-in staff that I interacted with after reaching the office was surprisingly extremely professional, pleasant, and courteous. Initially I met with the security officer who then guided me to the lady at the window. After you wait your turn, another lady calls you in when its finally your turn. All these 3 staff members scored very high for how they treat the people visiting the office. After briefly checking out the feedback on social media, I was quite apprehensive about how many interaction was going to go down but it was contrary to everything what I had been told or what I had read online. The appraisal review board meeting was very well run. The key thing is that you need to bring at least 4 copies of documented evidence supporting your argument(s). Out of these 4 copies - 1 copy for the Appraisal board person, 2 copies for the independent board panel members, and 1 copy for yourself to refer to when you are making your case. After panel begins the proceedings, both parties - you as well as the appraisal party - get to make your case. The panel then deliberates among themselves and gives their ruling. Remember - the key is documents/pictures/invoice etc. anything that supports your case and making advised number of copies so it shows you done your homework. “I have only sprayed their base and flat clear at this point , but both are amazing. The base has surprisingly great coverage, and the Flat clear is beyond anything that I have ever sprayed. The flattening agent stays suspended (even after long periods of the can sitting undisturbed) . This not only keeps you from needing to dig it off the bottom of the can each time, but it makes it spray incredidbly consistent. The sheen is unmatched as well . Perfect for a light shine patina job , or cool hot rod project.. I 100% recommend trying both out.”
