(December 5, 2018, 7:21 pm)Tried this men's workout group a few months ago for the fitness "F". Quickly came to love it for the other 2 "Fs" (Fellowship and Faith), hence "F3."
I highly recommend this to any man wanting to challenge themselves physically and mentally with a fantastic group of people.
(December 5, 2018, 1:19 pm)FREE, Men only workout, outside rain or shine - can’t beat it. Great group of guys. I’ve been attending since March 2018 and rarely miss a workout. Tuesday, Thursday at 0530 and Saturday at 0630. Come on out!
