“I didn’t get anything done here, but I really appreciate the service guy for helping me out last Thursday. My tire had a nail on the edge and instead of charging me to patch and plug it, he let me know that it was risky fixing it so close to the edge and it was better to get a new tire. I appreciate his honestly and he even put more air in my tire so I could drive safe and figure out the next steps. Thanks! He could’ve charged me for a service but was honest about the integrity of the tire. Didn’t appreciate the guy in the office tho, he was being passive aggressive about telling me to move my car on the other side but whatevs. Overall, they seem trustworthy and I’d come again.”

“We recently had our 2014 Fusion worked on. We worked with Roland in the service department. This man was excellent. He helped us from start to finish and always kept us in the loop. He made the experience less "sterile" if you will. More like we were old friends than strangers that just walked in for service on their car. The car ended up being there for over a month due to several issues and covid and stuff, and he was so apologetic, as if it was his fault. It wasn't. He even went to battle with the warranty company for us! Then when we were leaving, he offered us a car wash at least 3 times, once again, because the car sat there for so long. The rest of the service department was amazing too, my car drives like a dream and I almost want to call them and ask if they are sure they gave me the right car back. Anyway, the moral of the story is: you can trust your car with these people. They will take care of you. We have 3 Fords and we have been to over a dozen Ford dealerships (unfortunately) for various issues and this is by far the best one.”

“First time at this oil change place and definitely will come back. Fairly quick (definitely not 5 minutes) , professional and courteous crew. I drive a Chevrolet pickup with Duramax (Diesel) engine and I use a very specific engine oil (Rottela T6) which is expensive and lately hard to get. Most oil change places don’t even carry this oil (last time at Chevy dealership they used oil that I brought because they didn’t have it). This place had the T6 oil and the price was fair too. Much appreciated, will come back and definitely recommend this place.”
