She is through and makes sure you find the right pair of glasses to fit your face and needs. My niece was unsure of what to choose. She went back and fourth until Jennifer stepped in to help. In no time my niece had the glasses she wanted. Then Jennifer took the time to explain the protection for her glasses and the cost. She let us know that my niece could get a second pair of glasses as backup just in case something happens to the first pair. Wow. I love her energy! It was a pleasure to have her assist us.
