  Just moved there, even though it's a 30 mile drive from the Church of Jesus of Ladder Day Saints which I belong to, I simply love it, my Church, and where I now live, water front San Leon!!!

  Launched my kayak from here. Reds and flounder have been caught within sight of the launch. There is a pier, but I have never fished from it.

  This place is a hidden gem! Waterfront spaces, fishing right from boardwalk plus you can set out crab traps! Best of all they are dog friendly!

  Good place on the water, minimum rules on RV. A/C window units ok. All Bill's paid is a plus.

  Latitude is great!! Management is absolutely awesome couldn't ask for better! Very clean laid back atmosphere and the view is beautiful...close to gas,eats,the beach and the main thing fishing!!
