“Ok, I am going to go on a rant here. I pay 50.00 a month for home warranty.(America Homesheild). I had no hot water pressure. They send out Mr. Rooter. They replaced a hose and a ball valve to my water supply. This did not fix it. So they said I need a new hot water heater. My home insurance will cover the water heater but not the modifications to install this. Mr. Rooter said it would cost me 965.00 to fix it. I felt like this was a scam. I called the insurance and they said to cash out they will pay 454.00 . Again scam. So I called a family friend that owns a plumbing company he told me what to check. Guess what this fixed my problem . This little check valve on the cold water side. I now have hot water and pressure. Matt Collins you rock. Mr. Rooter yall can go bite the wall. America homesheild I'm done with yall.”

“Kyle came out today to fix a stopped up kitchen drain. He took care of the extra water so it didn’t go everywhere, moved all my items from under the sink, cleared the drain, cleaned my sink, fixed a loose drain, made sure my dishwasher would drain properly, put everything back & then checked to make sure it was all working properly several times.
