“A++++ our server (heaven) was wonderful and super attentive. The Sunday brunch went above and beyond expectations. I was so enthralled with my brunch experience I made a reservation at the hotel to return for a full weekend at hotel Galvez. The front desk was wonderful as well as everyone I spoke with. Well done hotel Galvez for superior class and service.”

“Thanks to Miller's to pointing out my original review was incorrect. I had confused Miller's with another location on the seawall. So here goes... Do not judge Miller's by the building's bland exterior, as the decor is quite welcoming and rather cozy. It was a 30 minute wait, and worth staying put until we were seated for dinner. Service was spot on. When in Galveston try something you normally cannot get at home. We opted for shell fish, and it was quite good. Whether something is the "best" is very subjective, though I feel confident you would not be disappointed. I do not normally eat a lot of seafood, but crab and shrimp are my mainstays when venturing into the unknown. The big question everyone wants to know is "would I eat there again?" Yes. There were several interesting options on the menu, so I would order the crab again and then delve into the other offerings. The only knock against Miller's is the same issue up and down the seawall; parking can be a challenge.”

“The pizza was really good. We ordered a New York style cheese and a thin crust sausage mushroom onion. The cheese was perfect but the thin crust didn't hold up well to all the toppings and got soggy quick. So I would recommend sticking with the New York style. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice find and worth a stop.”

“I would have never guessed a full fledge building for snow cones and smoothies would do so well in the business world, but Bahama Buck's does a great job proving me wrong. They do an incredible job appealing to all ages. They have a great game section for the family and also two person games for dates. Might I add, they have the best tasting snow cones in the area. I recommend adding creme to your snow cone! The facility is clean and the prices are above average for snow cones. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.”

“The food was fresh and delicious! So many options and plenty of seafood for a really decent price. The chocolate fountain was a nice touch, not many places have those anymore. The service was also splendid, quick and friendly. I'll definitely be back! Best Asian buffet in the area by far!”

“Best lasagna on the planet!!! It's better than my Granny's. Don't tell her I told you. Family owned. Never had a bad meal from Brooklyn, and my husband and I have been eating there since they opened.”

“Love their food. But, their menu is so blurry in the website, you can't read it! Need a better menu on site that folks can read. I do believe they are losing business because of that. NEED BETTER MENU! and, better descriptions of the food.”

“Overall, I would say this is a really well ran Wendy's location. My food always comes out hot and as I ordered. If you decide to go inside, there is ocean view dining. The drive through is one of the faster options when you are on the seawall. As always, their prices are low. If you want a fast burger or chicken sandwich and fries and don't want to go back to get the order right a second time... Wendy's on The Wall!”

“Totally legit seafood restaurant with a great hard working staff - a kitchen staff that knows how to prepare great food mildly spicy - from flounder (when they have it!) hush puppies- grilled fish which is seasoned so well, key lime pie and mug - seriously a mug of wine. Good find!”

“Great Food Great Customer Service.....Place was packed when we arrived it was a Saturday around 6 pm we wait for only 15 minutes that was a very short period of time considering the volume of costumers. Steak was super juice and tasty also the sides were great (Caesar Salad Was Awesome ) Mike our waiter did a great job attending us he make us feel like if we was his own family . We had a great experience at Salt Grass Galveston. We will definitively come back.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was out of a large portion of food when we went due to having a "kids eat free" promotion the day prior. The food that we were able to order was pretty good.”

“Love the cheese enchiladas. I've been coming to this restaurant for many years. My only complaint wa this past weekend my husband and I went for dinner. We ran out out of tea. We waited and waited but no one came by to refill. The manager came by and in Spanish told another waiter to fill our glasses. He replied it was not his table. Neither the manager or waiter filled the glasses. It took 20 minutes for our waitress to come back around to get us drinks. It must be noted, our waitress had a completely full section. The other sections were empty with the exception of 1 table. The waiter who refused to fill our glasses had no one in the section. Terrible service that night which is rare, but it happened.”

“Bakery, bar and grille, restaurant... The portion sizes are huge and the prices are very reasonable.. Inside and outside seating.. This is probably one of the hottest spots to hang out on the Galveston seawall...”

“We had a fantastic time at Float listening to The Blue Side band. Having a pool inside a bar is unique, but we didn't want to get wet. The bartenders were prompt and polite. Everyone seemed to be having fun but nobody was wasted, which is a good sign.”
