“I have resided at this Property for 4 yrs and through it all our Manager has made wonderful efforts to roll with the changes. It is a very peaceful place to live. My biggest complaint is our dumpster issues. I know that they come with no fault of our Manager, but is do to the setup which is basically open to the general public. I understand the reasoning behind it (do to the truck entrance) and also the society in which we live. I see people almost everyday drive up to the dumpster across the street and dispose of their personal household waste and drive off!!!!!😠”

“This place is great. We’ve stayed twice. It’s just off the service road, always seem to have a vacancy last minute, and the management team is always sweet and accommodating. Never had any power/water/sewer issues. Nice gravel site that is long enough for our 50’ rig to sit without unhooking from the trailer.”

“Doris is an absolute gem! Five stars for absolutely amazing customer service! Although everyone should give customer service the way Doris does. I called to inquire about a reservation since the reviews were great. I had the pleasure of speaking to Doris (which believe me, based on the reviews, it’s always going to be a pleasant experience) who gave me ALL the details I needed in order to reserve. Unfortunately due to having a large dog breed my husband and I aren’t able to stay here. Empathetic, Doris made it a point to continue communicating with me for a couple hours AFTER we got off the phone just to make sure I was provided with a couple nearby parks where both my dogs can come! My experience, without ever staying here, was amazing! Thank you so much Doris for all your help!”

“Ive lived here since 2011 and absolutely love the small community here. All the people are wonderful neighbors and we always look out for each other. Even though its in town it has a small country feel. The manager lives on the property and if theres ever a problem they are right on it 24/7”
