We contacted Mario right before we were ready to purchase and the fees were well worth it. Mario was able to assist us with a very detailed inspection of the vehicle. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle as Mario and his wife found numerous issues during their detailed interior, exterior and internal(engine, etc). Hated to let that vehicle go, but i think I would have hated MORE to losing a big chunk of money and then some, to get the needed repairs done after purchasing! Mario and his wife were extremely personable, informative, thorough and WHOA - what a report with pictures! Would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him to do YOUR RV inspections.”

“Not sure why I don't hear more good buzz about this place. Came at 7:30 on a Friday night and my only complaint is that the service was a little slow initially, but I'm sure they're struggling with staffing like everyone else. I think the owner noticed and helped us out right away. I ordered the black raspberry margarita and it was delicious. The chips and salsa were great. We ordered the beef chimichanga and chipotle enchiladas and both were remarkable. The chicken was super tender and the sauce super tasty. Rice and beans were good. Even had a great selection of mints for the way out!”

“Briana is awesome! One of the best apartment managers I've dealt with in my many years of renting. I really liked the prior managers, as they did a great job, and were a tough act to follow. When they left, I thought I would likely move when my lease expired. However, when Briana took over, she has proven to be an excellent manager. She is always walking the community to ensure it is cleaned up, ensures maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, and builds friendly, professional relationships with the residents. I recently had a problem with one of the 3rd party contractors for a community-related service, and was having a difficult time getting a resolution. However, once I asked for assistance from Briana, the issue was resolved quickly. The effort she put in to ensuring this was resolved was far greater than I expected, and it shows me that she cares about the residents and the community. Thank you so much Briana!
