April and Hoppy, the owners, are truly good people and will do anything and everything they can to help their tenants. I've been here for over a year and have been very happy with my choice. I've seen a few bad comments on here and feel it's only fair to advise that the people who are here have been living here for a long period of time, pay their rent and don't bring problems into the park. (Interpret as you will!) This is a perfect place for long term people who are responsible and respectful of their neighbors and expect the same in return. I highly recommend!
