“Just moved here and the proximity to water via Lake Dunlap is wonderful! The manager, Karla, is a sweet lady asks her warm demeanor was a big factor in my decision to make this my new home. The location is right off a busy roadway which can be tedious when leaving but there's also a great restaurant next door and a large convenience store, had station, Wendy's & Subway across the road. Only four miles from I-35 and New Braunfels which is a fun and historic little city with lots to do!”

“Great place for quiet getaway but still only a few minutes from New Braunfels. We had such a fun a weekend. The cabin is exactly as advertised. Quaint and comfortable. And I can’t say enough about these hosts. They are friendly and fun and made our stay that much better. I highly recommend.”

“Wow!! Talk about a hidden gem!! We were able to camp out right next to the water!! They also have a house available for AirBnB. We kayaked up and down the beautiful lake. Awesome experience!! Check out the baby chickens and ducks. Hosts were very accommodating!!”

“Great course in New Braunfels. Clubhouse is stocked with friendly staff. Carts are near the parking lot for immediate access. Driving range and putting greens are nice. Tee boxes, fairways, bunkers, and greens are in excellent condition. House like the fairways so accuracy is a must or else risk dinging someones house.”

“This place was paradise in New Braunfels! Treehouse with lots of space and a big fun pool! A group of us stayed here for a weekend. It was so much fun and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to groups and families. I’m thinking this will be the spot for our next family reunion! Multiple buildings available for renting and plenty of parking spaces.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice quiet get away that had beautiful trees and several little hangout areas. It's right on Lake Dunlap with dock access, and each cabin has a grill on site. Cabins 1 and 2 have really steep narrow steps inside to a loft area, which aren't really safe for young children and could be a fall hazard. They do have other cabins on the property if the stairs are a concern for you. The cabins and decks have some wear and tear from years of people using them, but they are still nice.”
