Aside from wanting to spend my money on locally owned businesses, Jitterbug is reliable, honest, fairly priced, and the customer service is awesome. I have them set up on a quarterly schedule and they work with me on the days I need them, they give me reminder calls (I am busy and WILL forget, so they take care of that!), and if we have an unusual situation (like a field mouse making ot from the Green Belt to the garage), or the year San Antonio had a flea breakout we have four dogs and have never had fleas and wanted it to stay that way), they address it: They follow up.
