“John recently completed a full Garmin panel install in my Cessna 185 in mid-January 2021. The good: John is very conscientious and cares about his final product, he wants to make it right and rode with me on the test flight. His pricing is very reasonable and he came in on budget with no surprises and also handled multiple change orders that I gave him. Complaints: The estimated timeline was about 8 weeks and the project took 5 and 1/2 months. The only workmanship issues I have are some scratches on the brand new engine controls and a typo on the silk screen, very minor things to complain about an overall very good product out of the gate. I would have paid 10-20%+ more if I could have had a firm completion timeline but I’m not sure how you accomplish that. I easily spent that much money in aircraft rental charges over the timeline of the project. I have no doubt John will do a great job for you at a very fair price, just set your expectations that the timeline is unknown and it might be 8 weeks or significantly beyond that. If I could do it again, I might have offered John a significant bonus that fades as the timeline is exceeded. I think his prices are too low too guarantee a speedy completion, with enough motivation to move you through to the top of list I think he would hit the timeline.”

“OMG! Authentic Cajun cooking. Their food is delicious and fresh. The owners are very friendly and personable, we were talking with them while we ate. We will definitely be back. This is s trip worth taking and the food is of the highest quality! I can't express how GOOD it was the next day! I got the catfish po-boy and my honey got the alligator po-boy, both with seasoned fries. We shared etouffee fries and they were AMAZING! We each had half our sandwich left over and when we ate it the following day, it tasted just as good, cold! We also bought a quart of dirty rice and red beans and rice to go as a side for grilling the next day. Well worth the price. I love this place!!”
