Highly recommend this office! Dr. Gutierrez and all the staff are highly professional, very friendly and attentive. I had a wisdom teeth extraction and Dr. Gutierrez did a great job, I felt no pain. The office is super comfortable, modern and clean.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My husband called this morning because I broke my tooth last night, and we are heading out of town this weekend so I needed an appointment ASAP. They actually took me back a little early (not to mention all staff was extremely warm and welcoming) and Dr. Gutierrez took his time with me, I didn’t feel like he was rushed to get to his next patient even though I had never been there before and they had told my husband they were booked. Very much appreciated that they even saw me. He takes total pride in his work and is passionate about what he does. He made sure I looked just like my before picture. Dentist offices always make me nervous but between the staff and the environment I felt at ease. 10/5 stars.

Previous dentist experience was not pleasant so my wife and I took advantage of a friend's recommendation and tried The Smile Artisans. As a new patient this was the best experience I had with a dentist. The exam was quick and Dr. Gutierrez explained everything with a calm demeanor. The cleaning process was easy and painless. He also respects if you are a flouride free household and doesn't try to convince you otherwise. He will be implementing ozone therapy as an alternative very soon.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction done at Smile Artisans today by Dr. Gutierrez and it was a wonderful experience! I never thought I would say such a thing about a dental procedure, especially considering that I have awful phobia of tooth extractions since early childhood. But Dr. Gutierrez thoroughly prepared me for it by explaining exactly how he will do it and by reassuring me that it would be painless. He really put me at ease and I was able to accept the idea of getting the tooth pulled without being put under general anesthesia, which was my initial wish. So on the day of the procedure it went exactly as he promised. Dr. Gutierrez was very considerate and gentle and walked me through every step of the procedure as he was doing it. Amazingly, I truly felt no pain, discomfort or anxiety during or after the procedure. I am so grateful to Smile Artisans for this positive experience and for helping me overcome my fear of extractions. This is a doctor whose expertise and skills you can trust. Excellent and very professional service. My wife went to see Dr. Gutierrez after rather negative experience with our last dentist in Katy. What a difference. Doctor listened to us, discussed our treatment options and recommended the best way to move forward. His professionalism and skills are impeccable, his personnel certainly know what they are doing, office is top notch with latest equipment and great design. Every little detail seems to be well thought through and designed properly with patients in mind. Highly recommended.
