“Scott is a pharmacist at this location and I want to express my gratitude for his assistance. I suffer from a thyroid condition that for most is easily treated, but for me it has been 3 years of experiments with almost every prescription on the market. In desperation I reached out to Scott asking for help researching the ingredients of the only two I haven’t tried, hoping to find one that I will work for me since I am allergic to fillers in each I have tried previously. To my surprise he actually took the time to research this and called me back with a recommendation. It is so wonderful to have his help and I’m very thankful for it.”

“I stopped here on my way home yesterday to just get my tires aired up because I noticed one was extra low. The guy that was doing the complimentary air service told me that there was an issue with my tire, so I parked and took my baby inside to wait for them to check it out. Long story short, I told them I'd replace anything I needed to because I take my baby to the medical center downtown frequently, and even after I told them this, they were able to patch the hole for free and sent me on my way. They could have easily told me I needed it replaced or even that I needed the opposite tire too, but they didn't push it. I was so impressed that they didn't take advantage even after I said I didn't mind replacing it if it needed. I wish I'd gotten their names, but it was around 3pm on 2/28, so I hope management sees this and gives them props for building trust and not just pushing sales. You build a much more solid customer base that way and it's so noticed and appreciated.”

“Came to Extra Space Barker Cypress on a Saturday afternoon and was met with a warm welcome and excellent customer service from assistant manager Henry. This by far has been my easiest and least stressful purchase of a storage rental unit. Also, the facility is well kept and extremely clean with great security features. To top it all off Henry was kind and very hospitable in offering a drink of water. She was very patient as we didn’t know what we were actually needing. Once we left I didn’t even have a worry about my items and knew it was all in good hands.
