  Joining space city iron 2 months ago has been the most challenging and rewarding journey of my life. It began with a nutrition plan and personal training 2 times a week. My trainer (Dustin S ) is tough engaging and constantly changing the training pushing me waaaay beyond my limits. Excellent location, great people and the best fitness around.

  I cannot say enough positive things about this gym. My husband and I joined the day they opened their doors! I started personally training, 3x per week, with Rachel Sensat 2 days later. Her knowledge, expertise, and creativeness with free weights, machines and body weight exercises are beyond any trainer I have ever had. The nutritional programs she customized for me has allowed me to feel full, and never hungry, while losing 11 lbs in 9 weeks and to reach my goal of a bikini competition later this year! I am so grateful they chose my area to open their business.

  Perfect! That's the best way for me to describe this gym. Space City Iron has hard to find ergonomic equipment which reduces strain on the back and joints. Dustin Sensat has aligned my nutrition plan with my workouts based on my fitness goals; allowing me to train while nursing a torn pectoral muscle. I am finally able to workout legs adjusting for old injuries at an intensity I didn't think possible. If you have the desire and commitment to a healthier lifestyle, this might be the perfect gym for you as well!
