Company responded quickly to a failure, which turned out to be another problem with our houses electrical service panel (old and corroded). Repair person explained everything. Would highly recommend. On a second home they inspected complete unit and determined outside compressor had a large leak. This unit had a recall 10 years ago. They explained options and priced replacement. I decided to replace inside coil unit as well, but they helped me make an educated decision. Unit cools terrifically.”
