“A great office. Complimentary notary services. Always ready to help when I'm buying or selling a house or condominium or car. I had State Farm for 30 years before I switched because of price. This office still handles my flood. Importantly I had a few claims over that time including a subrogation where I didn't file a claim with State Farm, but their lawyers represented me with the other insurance company-- I paid to have my car fixed, and was reimbursed in full several months later by a weasel agent I would otherwise have needed to sue. The claims I had were always handled expertly, fairly, and usually quickly, and this office was great about staying on top of the process and letting me know what was going on.”

Not sure what these other posts are talking about getting calls back etc. but perhaps it's because they haven't ever actually been treated here. Everyone I know that I've referred here has had a great experience and ends up returning. Don't listen to the "rating crabs" that put one star because they didn't receive a call back, listen to people who've gone here for years. Good people, good staff and good work going on here period.”

I have an astigmatism and have only been able to find one type of contact that works with my eyes; Dr. Nguyen recommended the contacts she wears and I absolutely love them. I also got new glasses and have been receiving lots of compliments, thanks to the wonderful staff who helped me pick them out. I brought my kids with me and they were welcomed in and offered juice boxes. Love this office!”

“I had a different Pediatric for years .. dealing with my daughter asthma and allergies and never felt like progress and improvement was happening .. decided to look for a pediatric closer to us. Especially on times when my daughter asthma got so severe .. Since we been here , they actually paying attention to everything I have to say about my daughter health . Finally she will be getting allergies shot that can help and hopefully improve her allergies and asthma . The worst thing is her allergies trigger her asthma .. The staff are awesome !????????????”

“I have been a member at Mode 8 for 3 months now. I am very happy with their class offerings and teachers. Christine is a really nice, knowledgeable, sensitive, and FUN instructor. I think she is really doing a good job making the yoga in her classes accessible to all persons. She is also very willing to make changes and asks for feedback. I feel lucky we have a studio like this in Clear Lake/ Pasadena. Love the Hot/warm classes. My favorite is Hot Thunder. WORK IT.”

“Dr. Chiu is hands down the best doctor ever!! I have never seen a doctor who cares more for her patients than Dr. Chiu. She is thorough, understanding, listens, and will really commit herself to getting you better. Even when she has time off she is working to find solutions for her patients. She never gives up. If one treatment isn't working for you then she will work to find you another, and another, until something finally does work. Furthermore, she is absolutely delightful, she is funny, friendly, and always cheerful. She never makes you feel uncomfortable and you always feel like you can be completely honest with her about your symptoms. I once met another endocrinologist who went to school with Dr. Chiu and he was like "she is one the smartest people I have ever met." Another time my general physician had asked how I had lost weight lately, I told him that I had followed Dr. Chiu's advice, and he said "Ah, Dr. Chiu is a smart lady to listen to!" Seriously, go see Dr. Chiu, I promise you will not be disappointed!”
