“I can tell customers matter at this place. First visit as a walk-in on Saturday afternoon for a State inspection. Pleasant greeting at the counter. Was told it would take 15 minutes and I was done in 15 minutes. Spent the time waiting in a nice clean waiting room with big screen TV, comfy seating and plenty of reading materials. They do oil changes by appointment and I really like this. I scheduled an appointment so I can get it done at my convenience without a wait.”

He took the key and the insurance card of my vehicle and proceeded to conduct the emission test. Several minutes later, he came back, gave my insurance card and the test result document. Overall, my experience at Havoline Xpress Lube was Excellent and will go back there again.”
