“This is hands down one of the best braid shops in Houston. The place is clean, the owner and staff have great customer service etiquette and they braid very neat and fast. They offer a nice relaxing environment that is not chaotic and loud at all. This place is a hidden gem. You have got to try this place you will not regret it! I don’t usually even write reviews but with so many unruly, unprofessional and just flat out ghetto shops that are out there, I felt this review was needed so people know that not all braid shops are created equal. “Excellent Service!! I have used Stay Cool for over 8 years and they have always been honest, reliable, and professional.. My A/C went out Friday evening with 100 degree temp outside and JR was over Friday evening to fix it... That really means a lot to us!! My moms A/C went out on Sunday and he sent someone over the same day!! I have referred him to my mom, family, and neighbors and they have had outstanding service with them!! “I had my litter of puppies vaccinated here recently and everyone here was very kind and helpful. They even called several times to follow up on my litter to see how they were doing but unfortunately they call me during working hours which I typically dont answer my phone. This was my go to place since my original vet was booked a month in advance and I needed to get my puppies their shots ASAP and this place accommodated me. I will go here again if need to.”

“I can tell customers matter at this place. First visit as a walk-in on Saturday afternoon for a State inspection. Pleasant greeting at the counter. Was told it would take 15 minutes and I was done in 15 minutes. Spent the time waiting in a nice clean waiting room with big screen TV, comfy seating and plenty of reading materials. They do oil changes by appointment and I really like this. I scheduled an appointment so I can get it done at my convenience without a wait.”

“I started my two year old son there about two months ago! It has been amazing!! I am always in awe when I go to pick up my son and the children are engaged with the teachers and quiet. I have one two year old, its not quiet in my house ever! The pathway classroom has been so perfect for him. He comes home excited to tell me about his day and what he has learned. He loves the playgrounds, teachers and friends there. I was nervous when Pathways had a new lead teacher join the team however just as Ms. Jessica, Ms. Maritza introduced herself and blew me away with questions. Her questions were focusing on making sure we use the same language at home and school. She asked about certain situations when my son can be challenging what words we used and how we handled it at home. Coming from a behavioral therapy background I know how important it is to have consistency at home and school. It completely impressed me and my husband. Also, the management team is always available for my questions/concerns. Heike, Elizabeth and Rebecca are always warm and ready to help answer my questions. We are so happy we decided to join the Primrose Family!”
