Dave went above and beyond to 1) nail down a price over the phone with NO sales spiels, 2) hold the car for us for a few days without any money given - just taking our word, and 3) making the process quick and simple when we were able to make the drive to get the car. “I received a recall on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra for a defective rubber pad in the brake pedal. Mine was not one of the cars affected yet by this worn out rubber pad but we didn't want to start having problem. Arrived at 6:24 AM to be first in line. The gate lock on the feeder street was stuck and wouldn't open just before 7AM. A service supervisor came out and backed his pickup onto the busy feeder blocking traffic to allow us to back out of the entrance to go around to another side entrance. I was then quickly written up and told my recalled brake rubber pad would be replaced within an hour after the other workers arrived at 8 AM. True to their word, I received a call right after 9 AM saying my car was ready. My car had even been washed. Amazing quick service. I was also given a printout of the other service codes that came up for my vehicle including the costs to fix these issues, when I was ready to do that additional service. I was not pressured to fix anything. Good visit all around.”
