It was later in the day and the drive down would take me almost to closing time and I was told they would wait for me. The guys were very friendly and helped load the cabinet into my daughter's SUV. “I got to know Mike through the Houston Northwest Chamber and he has now done a few projects for me. He replaced an old sign at one location and we have seen increased traffic because of it. We get a lot of business from drive by inquiries and the sign draws them in. We could not be more happy with the sign. At another of our locations he created very nice "temporary" signs while we were under construction and they are still looking good and being used even now that we are open. He then did all the signs for the new building and was very attentive to our needs and budget. they turned out great. As did the large monument sign out front of the new building that also gets a lot of attention. I highly recommend Monarch signs for your sign and graphic needs.”

“We had two twenty-year old water heaters replaced. The installers David and Luis arrived on time, and completed the replacements in less than three hours with no mess to the house or the yard. The installation included a new drip pan, connectors, and leak alarm. They explained all aspects of the installation and showed me where the pilot lights, temperature controls, and warranty information was located. Highly recommended!”

“First Target is a great store. Get their credit card and take 5% off of many purchases. They have some great prices in their grocery department while you are there for the pharmacy. Randall's is closer for me but Target beats them badly on many items. 2nd, Zack! He is their very friendly and professional pharmacist. I liked him so much that I'm switching my Walgreen's prescriptions over to him. With my Part D card, CVS is very affordable. But I drive by the Champions Forest one and go to Target. Again, I shop and I get excellent service from Zack at the pharmacy.”
