“I have been here since March of 2021 and wanted to give it enough time to give a good review. This is a fantastic place to live. The location is great and accessible, the complex itself is beautiful inside and out and priced very competitively for how nice it is. It is well maintained and both the front office staff and maintenance are quick to respond and very understanding. The whole move-in process was enjoyable and painless. The only gripe I have is with the trash, in that some residents do not follow the rules on where, when and how to put their trash outside and there can and should better enforcement of it. There is also frequent overflow at the dumpster that could probably be handled better. However, these matters don't really affect me personally so they are easy to overlook. This is an excellent apartment living experience. If you are looking in the area, I would definitely give The Pointe consideration.”

“This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team is very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do root canal and Dr.Shakiba did a great job. Surprisingly, I had no pain at all, it was so quick and professional, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. Dr.Shakiba explained very well what was going on in each stage. The office is extremely clean and nice, it has a nice view that made me feel comfortable. I have been beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received. Highly recommend them to anyone who has anxiety about a root canal.”

“Taking your babies to a daycare is probably one of the most stressful things. We all just want to be able to stay home and spend time with our kids. Unfortunately that is not how it always works out. Thankfully we found Primrose School at Lakeshore. We went in for a tour and ALL of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! the owner also had stopped in and was nothing but kind and welcoming. The staff is great, and my kids absolutely love their school. We could not be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Thank you Primrose staff for taking such great care of my sweet babies!”

After returning from a week vacation I took a lot of outfits here for cleaning, and I was very pleased with the fast service, friendly staff and outstanding quality. I'm not sure how other people can give this location a negative review without speaking with the owner first if they had an issue. This location has always offered me great customer service.
