5822 Car Club

Address: 5822 Beverly Hill St, Houston, TX 77057, USA

Storage

“Nice place to store your special car, but the people really make the difference. Alex is always responsive and Gus, well I am very knowledgeable, but Gus has forgotten more about cars than most of us will ever know. And he is very, very generous with his thoughts and wisdom. I don't say this lightly, but they treat their customers like family and their cars like their own.”

Mark Owens Boxing and Fitness

Address: 6346 Beverly Hill St, Houston, TX 77057, USA

Gym Health

“I have been training with Mark for about 2 years and in this time my technique, speed and stamina have improved greatly. I am a “non boxer”, meaning I have never boxed in my life and he has turned me into something that resembles a boxer :)! He is so kind and patient with me! His workouts are great every time and I leave drenched in sweat after only 30 minutes. The gym is spacious and equipped with weights, a ring, bags and a great outdoor turf area to train in as well. I would highly recommend Mark and his well trained staff!!”

Post office

“Just leaving a 5 star for the two employees at the desk that tried their best to help me with my undelivered package. I came in since the message I got in the picture shown says to either reschedule a delivery date or pull up to the post office. This has happened before and did not receive a notice the last time and got helped efficiently and were able to locate my package and hand it to me. I did not receive a notice again so I figured I could get help over there locating where my package is at and be able to pick it up again. Now the problem today is the first guy you see when you walk in. I didn't catch his name, but he's a tall 6"2 I would say, African American, wears glasses, and slim man around his 60s that asks what you need help with. So I told him needed help locating or tracking a package to see if it was at this post office or sent somewhere else. He told me it was out for delivery today since it usually happens when it wasn't delivered the day before. I'm like oh ok then and took his word. I called my roommate to check the mail again and nothing was delivered (the mail only comes once a day at my apartment complex and I live very close to this post office) I go back again and tell him the mail already came can you please check in your computer where's my package or what's up. He insists in telling me that it's out for delivery at this time which makes no damn sense since it's mad late and never in my life have I ever gotten mail this late in the day. I calmly ask him if he can help me and he starts raising his voice saying that he already told me that it is out for delivery what don't I understand. I know damn well this guy wasn't raising his voice at me. I asked him why are you raising your voice at me I'm asking for help that's your job isn't it? He gave me this ugly, vicious, and cruel look and said "why are y'all young people always the same" so I tell him what does my age have to do with this? I'm asking for help and if you don't want to help me just tell me so I can ask someone else and stop wasting my time. Then he just told me to wait at the desk and someone else would help me. People like him do not deserve a job and should be written up for this unacceptable behavior. If you don't want to work then don't work rather than coming up with excuses to not help cause I swear I overheard him helping a lady asking if she could get back a package she had sent a couple hours ago and this guy immediately said oh it's already shipped gone away but as soon as she went up to the desk the package was still there and got it back. I usually keep employee arguments to myself but this time he crossed the line. Lazy employees like him should be gone and never work for USPS.”
