“I visited here to retrieve a package I held for pickup. While the facility is very quick to retrieve your item and the staff is very courteous, tee location and operating hours leave much to be desired. I find it extremely inconvenient to travel an hour to pick up my items when there is a satellite UPS location 5 minutes from my home; allowing customers to designate their pick up location should definitely be an option. I also had to make two trips as the first time I visited, the location was closed for four hours and I was on my way out of town. This is truly a joke and, unfortunately, not something I see changing any time soon as this has been the way of things at this location since, at the least, 2008. Visitors be warned, you cannot call this location, so please, I implore you to check their operating hours before visiting.”
