“Well I’m not from Houston! But I was craving a delicious fruit cocktail so I search on internet for place. I found this I and I go over the pictures and everything looks amazing. I stop by and order “bandeja preparada” OMG! What a treat yummy! I started talking about the beer and fruits and how it just fuse my craving. I order and it turns out the beer is not included. That is false advertising. I don’t want that anymore! I had a dispute with three employees until manager came along and my fourth dispute starts. “ our customers know beer is not included “ .....that all I hear. Well maybe if I where a regular customer but I’m not. At least add “beers not included “ to you menu. At the end manager understood maybe it was part of their fault so she gave me the amount I spent back. Although they have amazing cocktails!”

“I found out about Red E Tel through a friend.We were at the nail shop and she happened to see an ad in a flyer. My LCD screen on my phone had been messed up for about two days now. My screen was completely black and I couldn't see anything. However, I could still hear phone calls and texts, but I just couldn't see anything. When I first walked in with my friends Hakim started joking. The customer service was extremely great! Hakim kept the jokes and laughter coming. Time flew by and he fixed my phone in no time.
