“This motel is near 3 major fuel stations which are open 24 hours and you can go inside all three to shop and pay for fuel. The motel has been fully renovated and it has clean beds with ceramic tile floors. This motel has hourly rates if you need to get a few hours of rest or just want to take a shower. It is located next to Beltway 8 and US 59/69 freeway. Its close to restaurants both fast food and dine ins located just about 2 miles away. There is a Wal-Mart 2 miles southwest of its location.”

“John was ALWAYS the most gracious and professional host of his home. I was on an internship at 2 major Houston hospitals from July - December, 2018 and was able to stay at the Art Abbey during that entire timeframe. His home was always spotless and clean! I really appreciated that there was also a garage to keep my car inside. We established a great rapport and I would certainly stay there again without thinking twice about it!!????????????????????????????”
