  Friendly and professional staff. Every time I go I get an effective, fun workout. Trainers are always there to motivate and push you to get the most from every workout.

  Great place to work out. Especially for beginners because you have multiple trainers guiding you. You’re able to ask any trainer for help at any point. The work outs are as hard as you make it, if you want more they’ll add more, if you want less, they’ll modify it for you. The best part is, it’s only 30 minutes but you work so hard it feels like you were in the gym for hours. I really enjoy the meal plans they give you, I’m down 3 pounds in less than a week! The trainers are really nice as well, they’re always smiling an upbeat and they make sure to always greet you by your name, so you’re not just another body to them. Okay I’ll stop rambling now, i just highly recommend them!

  Kyle and Reason are amazing. Always there to help and make sure you got the right form. I look forward to my workout everyday.

  As always 9round never fails. In town for a meeting and found this one close to where I was staying. The workout was intense and the trainer was so motivating and encouraging. True sweat therapy! You won't be disappointed.

  The staff is super warm and friendly. I feel I am working out with friends rather than trainers. Crystal, Kyle and Reese are amazing, they make sure you are getting the most out of your training. In addition, the regimen changes daily so it doesn't get boring.
