It is sometimes hard to believe that some people believe all estimates, big or small, should be figured up for free with pinpoint accuracy. Negativity is often brought to light from those who have never actually stepped foot on the business property. They are unable to grasp the fact that when they call asking for a free estimate, along with an inability to be patient, we may have anywhere from 1-5 people in the office at any given time making things hectic.
