This was a fantastic burger. I don't know how the McDonald's next door stays in business. Patty was well seasoned. Toppings were fresh. Bun was soft. Good bread to meat ratio. Fries were decent. Skin on. The seasoning was excellent. The larger fries were just a bit less crunchy than I like but the smaller ones were perfect. They weren't soggy just a little floppy. “I’ve been here for about 7 months and aside from the guest parking situation and minor annoyances from noisy neighbors, I really enjoy living here. The walls and floors are kind of thin and lack decent insulation (seemingly) but overall I’m happy. Really nice amenities and the game changer for me has been the office staff. Courtney, Janie and Erica have been phenomenal. Always responsive, courteous and prompt. Any time I’ve had an issue or concern they’ve always provided stellar customer service. I think what most people don’t understand is that things take some time and a few things are out of their control (we have had several cars left on blocks- no excuses but we do live in the city). I truly feel they do their best. A big change I would like to see is nightly security around the premises. Yes, improvements can be made but I have no doubts that they are actively trying to ensure that all occupants feel safe and are happy. The one star deduction is mostly for the lack of good insulation and level of noise I hear from neighbors adjacent and below, that far exceed “normal apartment noise”. Unfortunately, you can’t pick your neighbors but a good office staff makes up for it. :)”
